After getting the mockup approved, our expert team member will provide you a detailed quote for your custom design and product
– Step 3: SAMPLING & PRODUCTION
After acceptance of quote we will start working on actual product sample.
Once we have your approval for production of pre-samples we will step into complete production phase.
– Step 4: SHIPPING
DES Promo offers faster turn around time for your custom clothing. We’ll have your masterpieces shipped directly to your warehouse via FEDEX OR DHL.
All shipments arrive at your door customs and duties paid so you can rest easy without hidden fees.

At DESPromo we don’t really have a MOQ, you can order as low as just 1
So our ordering process is pretty simple, send us your project details and a representative will be assigned to your account, once the project is discussed our team will get started on the mockup right away and will send you the mock for approval before starting production. Once the order is ready you will get a tracking via system to track the order.
So turnaround depends on the product you go for but on most of the items it’s 2 weeks turnaround time once we have a final go ahead on production after mock approval, having said that you can also check with your account representative if you need to RUSH the order and we can guide you accordingly based on our production calendar.
